Shift Patterns
Day Shift: Monday (07:00 - 17:15) and Tuesday to Thursday (07:00 - 16:45).
Night Shift: Monday (21:00 - 07:15) and Tuesday to Thursday (21:00 - 06:45).
Note: Shift times may vary slightly depending on work location within the facility.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret complex schematic drawings to plan assembly methods and sequences.
Perform diverse electrical tasks, including wiring, installation, terminations, connecting panels, crimping, and upfitting cable trays/ladder racks and conduits on gensets and enclosures.
Safely operate a wide variety of power and hand tools.
Identify and report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
Strict compliance with site health, safety, quality standards, and the 5S programme.
Train and mentor other team members when required.
Maintain professional conduct aligned with company core values and support business improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Formal Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or an equivalent relevant electrical qualification.
Proven track record in electrical wiring, installation, terminations, panel connection, and conduit/cable tray fitting.
Experience working within a lean manufacturing environment is preferred.
Physical capability to work at heights and in enclosed/confined work areas.
Strong attention to detail, a keen commitment to safety, and a proactive attitude.
Basic computer literacy is advantageous.
