How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

• Promote and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including temporary works oversight.
• Manage scope, design acceptance, risk management, and quality assurance processes in line with framework requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and excellent customer experience.
• Handle change control, cost management, procurement, and contractual obligations to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Capture lessons learned, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and training requirements.
About you…

• Strong organisational skills to co-ordinate day-to-day on-site activities.
• Skilled in risk management with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Confident leader with experience managing both internal teams and supply chain partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and local authorities.
What’s in it for you…
We offer a rewarding salary that is tailored to your skills and experience. But that’s not all! We celebrate hard work and give recognition to our colleagues. In addition to this, we understand that one size doesn’t fit all so everyone has access to a variety of flexible benefits that work for you.
