Looking for an experienced Head of HR to lead and evolve our people function across both corporate and manufacturing environments.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for shaping our people strategy, building robust HR foundations, and partnering closely with the leadership team to support growth, performance, and culture in a safety-critical, operationally complex business.
Requirements
- Strong leadership experience in a senior HR role within a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or operational environment
- Proven ability to build and scale HR processes in a growing or changing organisation
- Deep understanding of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practice
- Experience supporting both operational and corporate teams
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance business needs and people priorities
- Confident partnering with senior leadership and site-based teams
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Experience
- Significant experience in a senior HR leadership position, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, energy, or a related sector
- Track record of leading HR in a scaling or transformation-focused organisation
- Experience managing complex employee relations and operational workforce challenges
- Proven involvement in organisational design, workforce planning, and talent development
- Experience building or evolving HR functions, policies, and processes
