The rate of pay is £14.19 per hour, overtime is available and is paid at £20.53 per hour.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
OR
- 2pm to 10pm
Applicants must have their own transport as the site is not accessible by public transport.
This role involves working in a chilled production environment handling items such as milk, cheese, yoghurts, and juices, with repetitive manual handling (approximately 3kg-12kg), standing for the duration of the shift, and maintaining pace on a fast-moving production line where productivity, accuracy, and strict adherence to set processes are essential to maintaining line performance.
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Line Operative your duties include:
- Assorting goods on a production line
- Erecting cardboard cartons and attaching labels
- Conducting quality inspections of products
- Stacking pallets with completed boxes
You will be required to work at pace throughout your shift, meet productivity expectations, and move across different production lines as required.
Please note that the role will be working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.
