Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per annum | Full-Time 

Siamo are working with a well known, local to Somerset client and assisting with hiring an experienced HR/Office Manager to work in there busy onsite office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, improving business processes, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run efficiently. You will play a central role in supporting the sales team and working closely with Production, Warehousing, and Finance to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. 

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the sales office, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and consistent service standards.
Support, mentor, and supervise office staff, encouraging a positive and productive working environment.
Take ownership of the complete order-to-invoice process, identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround times.
Ensure office processes are completed accurately, consistently, and in line with company expectations.
Work closely with Sales, Production, Warehousing, and Finance to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered within agreed timescales.
Maintain professional communication standards across telephone, email, and other business interactions.
Review existing procedures, implement improvements, and support the business through operational changes.
Coordinate staff training relating to new systems, software, and updated business procedures.Experience:

Previous office management experience.
Experience with Sage 50 or Sage 200
Knowledge of recruitment, employee development, and general HR processes.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent time management and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
Demonstrable experience supervising or managing a team.
Experience supporting change management and operational development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
