Responsibilities
* Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
* Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
* Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and garments.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
Requirements
* Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is essential.
* Familiarity with hotel operations or experience in a hospitality setting is advantageous.
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
Hours & Pay
* Temporary position
* Part-time OR Full-time hours (dependent on peak seasons)
* Immediate start dates
* Operations run Mon to Sun
* 9:30 to 15:30
* £12.77 per hour
