Senior Recruitment Consultant (Building Engineering)
North London - N14 (Southgate)
Up to £35,000 basic salary + uncapped monthly commission (up to 25%), plus benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, well-respected recruitment consultancy with an established global client base across the Building Design, Engineering & Construction sectors.
We are looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering & Construction team. Cotleigh has an established client base across the Structural & Civil Engineering, Building Services, BIM and Renewable Energy sectors, providing an excellent platform to build a successful desk.
This is a great opportunity to become a key member of the team, with a constant pipeline of exciting projects to work on and the chance to manage a diverse range of client relationships.
Requirements
* Previous recruitment experience within Building Engineering, Design or Construction would be advantageous; however, we are happy to train a proven permanent recruiter from another sector.
* Strong account management and permanent recruitment experience across mid to senior-level appointments.
* Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and social media to source candidates and produce engaging marketing content.
* Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* A team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a friendly and professional environment.
We work from a very nice courtyard office in Southgate, North London, offering a friendly, professional, and open plan working environment, with regular social events and team nights out.
The office is easily accessible via the Underground and Overground, with on-site parking also available.
