We're looking for a motivated Service Delivery Supervisor to join our expanding warehouse team. This role offers excellent career development opportunities and is ideal for someone aiming to build a career in a large organization.
The role requires managing the operations team and supporting them in delivering the objectives, targets and service.
Responsibilities:
Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all service requests by customers in line with the operational plan.
Develop and maintain the relationship with all internal and external stakeholders
To ensure the site operates in accordance with the SOP68 guidelines.
Managing the team on a day-to-day basis, including all aspects of people management such as employee development, performance and absence management.
Ensure that the site operates in accordance with Doc-500 policy document with the support of your Service Delivery Manager.About You:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective team player with basic IT skills and interpersonal abilities.
Flexible and adaptable attitude.
