About the Role

We are looking for reliable, responsible and attentive Exam Invigilators to join our team in East London. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are organised, punctual and able to remain calm and focused in a formal examination environment.

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play an important role in ensuring examinations are conducted fairly, securely and in accordance with examination regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Setting up examination rooms and ensuring they are ready before each exam.

* Checking candidates' identities and ensuring they are seated appropriately.

* Distributing and collecting examination papers and materials.

* Supervising candidates throughout examinations.

* Ensuring examination rules and regulations are followed at all times.

* Monitoring candidates carefully and reporting any irregularities or concerns to the Lead Invigilator or Exams Officer.

* Maintaining a quiet and professional examination environment.

* Completing examination-related paperwork accurately.

* Ensuring examination papers and confidential materials are handled securely.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

* Reliable, punctual and professional.

* Highly observant with excellent attention to detail.

* Calm and confident when supervising groups of students.

* Able to follow instructions and examination procedures accurately.

* Professional and approachable in their manner.

* Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

* Flexible and available during busy examination periods.

* Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
