Teach Now is recruiting a confident KS1 Teacher for a long-term primary teaching opportunity in Harrow.
Key Stage 1 is where strong learning habits really begin. The successful teacher will create a structured, encouraging classroom where pupils develop confidence in phonics, reading, writing and mathematics while becoming increasingly independent.
As the KS1 Teacher, you will:
Deliver creative and well-structured KS1 lessons
Teach phonics and early reading confidently
Use assessment to plan appropriate next steps
Differentiate effectively for pupils with SEND and mixed attainment
Maintain positive behaviour and clear routines
Work collaboratively with support staff
Communicate effectively with parents and carers
We are looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status
Successful recent KS1 experience
Strong National Curriculum knowledge
Secure phonics teaching practice
Effective classroom management
High expectations and an inclusive approach
Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications and will be agreed within the stated salary range.
