Hays Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a leading social housing contractor carrying out electrical maintenance and installation works across domestic properties throughout Liverpool and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a well-established contractor delivering planned and reactive maintenance programmes within occupied and void social housing properties.
Your new role
Carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties
Fault-finding and diagnosing electrical issues
Consumer unit replacements and upgrades
Installation of sockets, switches, lighting and other electrical fixtures
Ensuring all work is completed in line with current regulations and company standards
Completing relevant paperwork and compliance documentation
Providing excellent customer service when working within tenants' homes
Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures on siteWhat you'll need to succeed
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
ECS/CSCS Card
Full UK Driving LicenceWhat you'll get in return
