The Role
This is far more than a traditional recruitment position.
You will work closely with senior leadership to attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across multiple functions and international markets. You will become a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping drive recruitment strategy whilst ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the business
- Building and executing talent attraction strategies
- Developing relationships with universities, graduate talent pools and experienced professionals
- Driving employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other platforms
- Supporting workforce planning and headcount growth strategies
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across both our London and Miami offices
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Internal Hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, commercially-minded approach
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Someone who enjoys building processes and helping scale businesses
