Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop site-based materials teams
Improve procurement processes and ensure consistency
Manage supplier relationships, performance, and negotiations
Identify and deliver cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
Support stock management and new product introduction
Work closely with internal stakeholders across operations and sales
About You
Proven experience in procurement, ideally within manufacturing
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
Analytical, proactive, and results-driven
Experience leading or mentoring teams
Qualifications
MCIPS (or working towards) or equivalent experienceBenefits
