This Postformer / Postforming Operative role is suited to someone with experience working with laminates and postforming processes.
As a Postformer / Postforming Operative, you will operate machinery to shape and bond laminate materials, producing worktops, panels, and bespoke items. The Postformer / Postforming Operative will work from technical drawings and ensure a high-quality finish on all products.
The successful Postformer / Postforming Operative will:
* Have previous experience as a Postformer / Postforming Operative or similar
* Understand laminate materials and postforming processes
* Be able to read and follow technical drawings
* Have strong attention to detail
* Be comfortable working in a manufacturing or workshop environment
