Legal Administrator / Law Graduate
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid – 1 day working from home)
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

This is a varied and interesting role where you'll work closely with colleagues and clients, supporting the management of planning and  associated legal documentation. Accuracy is key, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with exceptional attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process planning applications and licence documentation.
Liaise with clients and external stakeholders to gather and manage required information.
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is completed to a high standard.
Monitor application progress and provide updates where required.
Support the wider team with a range of administrative and legal support duties.
Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.About You
Previous experience in a legal administration role or a Law degree (or equivalent legal qualification).
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
A positive, proactive approach and a willingness to learn
