What are your responsibilities?
For our Guest Relations Agent position we are looking for a person who enjoys working with people and who has excellent “hospitality skills”. Your main tasks will be handling the check in- and out of our guests, handling guest complaints and compliments, cash handling & handling other requests from our guests. Also you will handle VIP arrivals, special requests and treatments for guests.

Have or pursuing a degree in hospitality and you have experience in the Front Office of an international hotel chain
Have experience in customer service
Can communicate preferable fluently in Dutch and English, another language is of course a plus

Are pro-active and reliable
Are most of all, creative!
