Join a global technology leader developing advanced industrial automation solutions used by manufacturers across Europe and beyond. This is not a traditional office-based support role. You'll combine hands-on technical problem-solving with international travel, working on innovative industrial systems both in our technical lab and at customer sites across Europe.
No experience with our products? No problem.
You'll begin with an intensive 4 to 8-week training programme at our international training academy at our headquarters, giving you all the technical knowledge and practical skills needed to become a specialist.
Your challenge
As a Junior International Support Engineer, you'll support customers and colleagues throughout Europe by diagnosing and solving technical issues involving advanced industrial automation systems.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support for advanced industrial automation solutions.
- Troubleshooting electrical, electronic, software, communication and hardware integration issues.
- Recreating customer environments in our technical lab to investigate and resolve technical problems.
- Supporting customers remotely and travelling throughout Europe for installations, commissioning, troubleshooting and technical support.
- Working closely with R&D, Product Management and Engineering to improve products and customer solutions.
- Performing system testing, diagnostics and validation.
- Delivering product demonstrations and technical training.
- Supporting new product launches and innovative automation projects.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for curious engineers who enjoy learning new technologies and solving complex technical problems.
You have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Engineering Physics, Automation, Computer Engineering, or another technical engineering discipline).
- Up to 2 years of work experience (recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
- A strong technical curiosity and an interest in automation and high-tech systems.
- Basic knowledge of programming, electronics, industrial communication or control systems is an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- A valid driver's licence.
- The legal right to work in Belgium (visa sponsorship is unfortunately not available).
Start date: September 2026.
