(junior) Service engineer - industrial installations

Are you technically skilled in mechanics or electricity and ready to grow in a hands-on role?
Whether you already have experience or are just starting your career, this is your chance to work on industrial HVAC systems, chillers and temporary installations—sometimes independently, sometimes as part of a small specialist team.

We are looking for a service engineer with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering and an interest in industrial climate systems. You’ll join a company that provides tailor-made solutions for factories, food production facilities and other critical environments. From permanent installations to mobile rental units, they keep processes running smoothly.

You’ll work at client locations on a wide variety of fixed and mobile systems. Depending on your experience, you will work independently or under the guidance of a senior technician. Your tasks include:

• installing and commissioning HVAC, cooling and heating units (both permanent and rental)

• carrying out preventive maintenance and on-site repairs

• wiring and testing motors, controls and electrical components

• supporting mobile solutions such as temporary chillers or cold storage units

• ensuring safe and efficient operation of industrial equipment

• salary up to €4,300 gross per month (depending on experience)

• 25 vacation days + 13 adv days

• 8% holiday allowance and a good pension scheme

• flat structure, practical approach and a friendly team

• mbo diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, HVAC or similar

• basic knowledge of industrial cooling, heating or mechanical systems

• ability to read technical diagrams and solve problems on site

• physically fit and motivated to work with larger installations

• hands-on, solution-focused attitude

• valid driving licence (B)
