Your roleIn this position, you’ll work on a variety of advanced installations across the Netherlands – from office buildings and hospitals to airports, laboratories, and manufacturing plants. Your main focus will be the installation and maintenance of electrical switchboards, sensors, air handling systems, and fully tailor-made control panels.
Every project is one of a kind – no standard solutions, but precision-engineered systems that meet each client’s unique needs.
You’ll start with a structured onboarding program and work side-by-side with an experienced technician, giving you the time, tools, and guidance to grow into your role.
Typical tasks includeInstalling wiring and components for HVAC and automation systems
Assembling, modifying, and testing control panels and electrical switchboards
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Mounting sensors, cable trays, and automation hardware
Performing upgrades and modifications based on client requirements
Salary up to €4,500 gross per month (depending on experience)
Company car for both business and personal use
25 vacation days + 13 ADV days
Every other Friday off (fixed schedule)
Paid travel time
Tools and materials delivered directly to the site
Annual profit-sharing bonus

Vocational (MBO) qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent
Experience with control panels, HVAC systems, or building installations is a plus
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Good command of English and/or Dutch
Valid B driver’s license
VCA and NEN 3140 certification (or willingness to obtain)
