ESG HR&O Senior Program Manager
Are you a proactive networker ready to drive ESG ambitions within a global tech leader? As ESG HR&O Senior Program Manager at ASML, you connect HR initiatives with overarching sustainability targets, serving as the key link between departments.
In this position, you lead and monitor people-related ESG activities across the HR organization. You initiate strategic programs to accelerate progress toward ASML’s sustainability goals, such as disability registration initiatives. Additionally, you act as the primary point of contact for Investor Relations, managing reporting requirements and benchmark data to showcase impact.
Tasks
Connect HR initiatives directly with global ESG targets and strategy.
Oversee and monitor progress on people-related sustainability projects.
Initiate key ESG programs across the organization to drive measurable change.
Serve as the key contact for Investor Relations regarding benchmarks and formal reporting.
Align diverse senior stakeholders to ensure consistent progress and integration.
Job requirements
You are successful when you have:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 15 years of corporate work experience.
10 or more years of program management experience.
Direct experience with senior stakeholder management.
