For our legendary Whatever/Whenever Team, we are looking for a passionate Whatever/Whenever Agent. This department is the heartbeat of guest communication within the hotel and serves as the central contact point for all guest requests, questions and personalized experiences.

No request is too big, no detail is too small. Whatever our guests need, whenever they need it, you make it happen.

As a Whatever/Whenever Agent, you are responsible for delivering exceptional service through telephone, email, chat and mobile communication channels. You create memorable moments by anticipating guest needs and ensuring every request is handled with efficiency, professionalism and genuine hospitality.

• Answering and processing all guest calls, requests, questions and concerns

• Managing guest communication via telephone, email, chat and mobile devices

• Operating the hotel switchboard and directing calls to the appropriate departments

• Processing wake-up calls, conference calls, call forwarding and special telephone requests

• Accurately recording and relaying messages

• Logging all guest requests, incidents and service recovery actions in the hotel systems

• Following up with guests to ensure complete satisfaction

• Coordinating guest requests with departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and Food & Beverage

• Providing information regarding hotel facilities, services, amenities and local attractions

• Assisting guests with internet access and in-room entertainment systems

• Processing room service orders and answering menu-related questions

• Handling transactions through the point-of-sale system

• Responding to special requests and creating personalized guest experiences

• Anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations wherever possible

• Supporting guests with disabilities and ensuring accessible service

• Maintaining smooth communication with all operational departments

• Ensuring all communication follows Marriott and W service standards

• Maintaining confidentiality of guest and company information

• Following all company policies, safety procedures and security standards

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services or customer service

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong telephone etiquette and professionalism

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written

• Additional languages are considered a plus

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

• A guest-focused mindset with a natural passion for service

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
