We are looking for a Head of Acquisition who can help us scale to six-figure daily revenue. This role spans performance marketing, creative strategy, operations, and leadership. This person will build new systems, optimize existing ones, structure growth, and scale what's working.

This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy and execution go together. You'll own how the paid media function performs and work closely with the creative and growth teams to drive the business forward.
This is a role with a clear path to CMO. We're looking for someone constantly curious and proactive, with the ambition to aim high and the resilience and consistency to actually get there.

• Work side by side with the Founding CEO, translating ambitious growth goals into actionable acquisition strategies.

• Own the entire acquisition function, from media buying and creative performance to forecasting, reporting, and scaling.

• Drive growth across new markets, channels, products, and customer segments while identifying new opportunities for expansion.

• Lead structured experimentation across creatives, offers, funnels, landing pages, and acquisition channels to unlock sustainable growth.

• Manage and optimize significant marketing budgets, balancing aggressive scaling with strong unit economics.

• Build and lead a high-performing acquisition team, establishing systems, processes, and performance standards that can support six-figure daily revenue.

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-growth ecommerce, DTC, or consumer-focused business.

• 4+ years of hands-on media buying experience across major paid channels, with deep expertise in Meta.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition economics, attribution, and direct-response fundamentals.

• Proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.

• Experience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Analytics stakeholders.

• An ownership mindset, strong business acumen, and the ambition to grow into a future CMO role.

Gross salary range is 5900 - 7000 EUR/month.

We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga.
For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
