Manpower is looking for Technical Operators / Site Engineers in the Den Bosch region.

The world of online shopping continues to expand, and efficient parcel processing has never been more important. As part of the evening shift team, you'll work at a customer site of one of the largest mail-order companies in the Netherlands. Every day, automated sorting systems handle large volumes of parcels with impressive speed and precision. But when a warning message suddenly appears and the system comes to a halt, it's time to take action. Using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills, you'll investigate the issue, collaborate with your team, and ensure operations are back up and running as quickly as possible. Your responsibilities

• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving first-line technical malfunctions
• Carrying out preventive maintenance to maximize system performance
• Recording incidents and solutions in the reporting system for future improvements

• Gross salary: €2,800 - €3,650 per month
• Direct contract with the client
• Travel expense reimbursement according to company policy
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Shift allowances of 25%, 50%, and 100%
