What will you be doing?
You’ll ensure that the automated systems at the PRIMARK® distribution centre keep running smoothly at all times. Together with nearly 40 colleagues, you’ll carry out preventive maintenance on, amongst other things, 20-metre-high automated cranes, pallet transport systems, a monorail system and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs). You’ll work to a fixed maintenance schedule (PPM), spend a lot of time walking around the distribution centre and regularly work at height. A day shift or a shift-based role? The choice is yours!
What you bring to the role
- your skills are best utilised in a technical environment;
- whether you have an MBO qualification at level 1, 2, 3 or 4: we offer an induction programme tailored to your knowledge and experience;
- you want to learn more about the maintenance of automated logistics systems;
- you work safely, accurately and have a customer-focused attitude;
- you are open to feedback and want to continue developing yourself.
What we offer

We offer:
- a (permanent) contract;
- a salary of between €3,100 and €4,000 gross per month (based on a 40-hour week); you can progress in your role and salary up to scale J of the Metalektro Collective Labour Agreement;
- a 30% shift allowance once we operate a 5-shift rota, and an attractive bonus scheme that can amount to a full gross monthly salary;
- €0.23 travel allowance per kilometre (up to 50 km one way);
- 27 days’ annual leave, a PME pension and terms and conditions of employment in accordance with the Metalektro Collective Labour Agreement;
- a comprehensive induction programme, on-the-job training and all necessary safety training.
