  • Review and interpret cost breakdowns, analyze cost drivers, and support scenario analysis related to materials, components, technology, productivity, and foreign exchange changes.
  • Support financial decision-making by preparing reports, analyzing historical data, and providing insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Review vendor proposals and invoices for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with Procurement and Project Managers to resolve issues.
  • Update project budgets as commitments are made and payments are processed.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation required for cost tracking, payment processes, and financial reporting.
  • Support vendor management activities and monitor progress against key deadlines and financial metrics.
  • Track cost performance, including budget versus actual spend, purchase order status, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Construction, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Finance, Procurement, Category teams, and external vendors to provide consolidated financial oversight and business insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost reporting, financial controls, Purchase Order management, and procurement processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to financial operations and cost management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of direct work experience.
  • Previous experience with finance activities and processes, within Construction, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a similar environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Smartsheet is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment.
