Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Engagement
- Create an inclusive working environment with a customer-centric mindset
- Inspire the team to deliver sales and profitability
- Unlocking talent that drives the team by developing your team product knowledges and selling skills
- Support the induction and welcome process of new team members
Business Client Development
- Maximize the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey
- Building and fostering strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand
- Leveraging all clienteling tools and opportunities to drive loyalty
Operations
- Manage inventory flow to minimize shrink loss through operational excellence
- Managing floor recovery, size and price integrity
- Analysis data, utilise reports and make conclusions to optimise performance and/or take corrective action in collaboration with the General Manager
- Inspire the team to deliver sales and profitability
- Unlocking talent that drives the team by developing your team product knowledges and selling skills
- Support the induction and welcome process of new team members
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- The successful candidate has previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with an FMCG/Apparel company
- At least 5 years’ experience in a management role
- You have strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Dutch and English
- You are accustomed to setting and managing store performance through KPI´s and a have a strong business acumen and skill set which enables the management and development of our employees
- You feel comfortable working under pressure and with deadlines
