• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Java 8 or higher, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and Eclipse/IntelliJ IDE.
• Experience in end‑to‑end application development, deployment, production support, and post go‑live maintenance.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with customer‑facing experience.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, including code repositories, deployments, and code reviews.
• Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
• Banking domain experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Git version control and collaborative development practices.
• Ability to work effectively in large enterprise environments as well as independently.
• Excellent project, stakeholder, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, summarize, and present key insights.
