Process Mapping & Improvement Analyst

A global FMCG company specializing in confectionery, food, and pet care products, known for its strong focus on quality, innovation, sustainability, and employee development. The organization operates large-scale manufacturing and supply chain operations across Europe.

We are seeking a dedicated Process Mapping & Improvement Analyst to join our client's team for a temporary six-month assignment. This full-time role offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work with regular in-office presence in Amsterdam.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of analytics projects aligned with business goals.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout all analyses.

• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency with data visualization tools and analytical software.
• Good communication skills to effectively translate technical insights for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities.
