Your role at NTT DATAAs a Solution Architect (CX) at NTT DATA, you turn opportunities into real customer outcomes.
You work side‑by‑side with Sales Specialists to shape, develop, and close customer deals. You translate customer challenges into concrete, high-quality solutions that drive value — and you take ownership from first idea to signed contract.
You don’t stay at the high level. You drive solutions end-to-end:
- From customer conversation → architecture → proposal → contract
- From high-level design → detailed, deliverable low-level design
- Own the solution You lead the technical solution for CX opportunities and are accountable for a solid, complete customer offering.
- Co-create winning deals with Sales You work closely with Sales Specialists to qualify, shape, and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
- Design solutions that sell and deliver You balance customer value, feasibility, and commercial viability — ensuring both the client and NTT DATA win.
- Translate customer needs into concrete architectures You move from high-level vision to detailed technical designs with clear scope, pricing drivers, and delivery approach.
- Lead customer conversations You engage directly with stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and position NTT DATA as a trusted advisor.
- Deliver impactful demos You independently present and demonstrate CX solutions, aligned to market trends and customer use cases.
- Stay ahead of CX market developments You bring in knowledge of CX and collaboration trends and translate them into relevant customer propositions.
- Align internal stakeholders You bring together delivery, product, and commercial teams to ensure a robust and committed proposal.
- You have 5+ years of experience in CX pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting
- You have hands‑on experience with CX and collaboration platforms (e.g. Genesys, Cisco, NICE, AWS, Webex, Zoom, etc.)
- You understand how to turn technology into business value
- You are confident in customer-facing roles, including demos and technical discussions
- You can move from strategy to execution, without losing attention to detail
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You work on complex, high-value CX opportunities
- You are directly involved in winning business
- You collaborate with top-tier vendors and enterprise clients
- You get the space to own, shape, and build
