As a Head of Electricians you will be working at our production site in Horst. In this role you will combine hands-on electrical work with leading and coordinating the team of electricians.
Our production site in Horst is a modern and growing facility within Envases Group, focused on the production of metal packaging for the food industry. The site is BRC-certified, reflecting our high standards in quality, safety and hygiene.
With an international workforce, English is the primary working language on site.
As the Head of Electricians you are actively involved in troubleshooting, maintenance and installation work, while at the same time ensuring that activities are properly planned, prioritized and executed. You report to the Technical Manager and work closely with colleagues from Production, Mechanical Maintenance and Engineering.
What do we expect from you?- You hold (at least) an MBO level 4 degree in Electrical Engineering or have a comparable level of working and thinking
- You have several years of experience as an electrician in an industrial production environment
- You have solid knowledge of electrical systems (low and high voltage)
- You have experience in coordinating or guiding colleagues on the work floor
- You are hands-on and actively participate in daily maintenance and troubleshooting
- You are able to analyze and resolve complex electrical failures
- You have strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
- You are able to prioritize work and maintain overview
- You work well within a team but also take ownership and responsibility
- You are stress-resistant and continue until a solution is found
- You are willing to work in shifts if required
