- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the French-speaking market
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers, partners, and market trends
- Proactively generating leads and approaching prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outbound activities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective business partners
- Managing the complete sales cycle, from first contact through to signed partnership agreements
- Advising prospects on connectivity and telecom solutions
- Preparing and presenting commercial proposals and quotations
- Scheduling and conducting virtual and/or face-to-face customer meetings
- Representing the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events (approx. 5-10x a year)
- Collaborating closely with colleagues from sales, account management, and partner management to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar B2B commercial role (3-5 years preferred)
- Fluent French and English skills, both written and spoken. C2+ level French is preferred but not required, provided you can professionally present and explain solutions to customers. Dutch is a plus
- A true hunter mentality with a proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable with cold acquisition and outbound sales activities, with calling prospects as a natural first step
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Strong technical affinity and/or a genuine interest in technology, demonstrated through previous work experience, education, hobbies, or personal projects, enabling you to quickly understand, explain, and advise on connectivity solutions.
- A flexible and adaptable personality who enjoys working in a scale-up environment where processes are still evolving
- Able to work independently while thriving within an international team
- Possession of a valid driver's license (B) is mandatory
- Living within approximately 30-45 minutes of Oosterhout is highly preferred
- Lease car provided

- Initial 7-month direct contract with the intention of long-term employment
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
