The Lifestyle PR & Marketing Executive Europe will work closely with the Director of PR & Marketing Lifestyle Brands Europe for PPHE Hotel Group's lifestyle hotels in Europe, with a primary focus on art'otel Amsterdam, while also supporting our lifestyle portfolio across Europe, including art'otels and other brands in Italy, Croatia and Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our lifestyle brand proposition to life driving visibility, commercial success and cultural relevance across our hotels, restaurants, bars, and event spaces. Responsibilities ⦁ Plan & Deliver: Coordinate and execute 90-day plans and annual PR & marketing strategies aligned with brand, commercial, and budget objectives ⦁ Drive Performance: Identify commercial opportunities that increase exposure, bookings, and F&B performance across hotels, events, art gallery and restaurant & bar outlets ⦁ Activate Venues: Lead marketing, social media and PR activities for award-winning restaurants and bar with two Michelin-star concept chef ⦁ Curate Programming: Deliver on-brand cultural activations across art, lifestyle, food & drink, wellness, and key city events such as Pride, ADE and Fashion Weeks. ⦁ Build Community: Develop and maintain a strong network of creatives, media, influencers, and partners ⦁ Create Partnerships: Conceptualise and execute collaborations that drive both brand awareness, PR and revenue ⦁ Drive Content: Manage content creation with the team including social media, photography, and video to ensure premium brand representation ⦁ Execute Campaigns: Coordinate paid media and campaign rollouts with internal teams and external agencies ⦁ Generate PR: Together with agencies, support PR activity including press events, releases, media stays, influencer visits, and partnerships ⦁ Manage Channels: Oversee website updates and third-party platforms, ensuring content is accurate and optimised ⦁ Enhance Experience: Act as brand ambassador on property, elevating the guest journey and lifestyle experiences ⦁ Build Brand: Support roll-out of brand wide campaigns for commercial, awareness or PR goals ⦁ Support Sales: Support commercial functions to drive key results and need periods via marcomm, content, digi, pr strategy ⦁ Support Team: Guide and support trainees and junior team members ⦁ Track Results: Monitor, report, and optimise campaign performance to drive continuous improvement Essential Requirements ⦁ Proven experience in PR, marketing, or brand roles, ideally within lifestyle, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle creative sectors ⦁ Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation ⦁ Excellent communication and storytelling skills ⦁ Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects across markets ⦁ Proactive, hands-on, passionate, and results-driven mindset ⦁ Fluent in English (written and spoken) ⦁ Eligibility to work in the EU and/or UK Preferred Requirements ⦁ Experience within restaurants, bars, or lifestyle-driven concepts ⦁ Established network across media, influencers, or creative communities ⦁ Experience working with PR agencies and partnerships ⦁ Dutch and additional European languages are a plus Your Benefits and Perks ⦁ Birthday bonus of €250 (gross, paid in the month of your birthday) ⦁ Competitive salary ⦁ Tasty meal during shift ⦁ Industry pension plan ⦁ 25 days holiday ⦁ 1 extra day off for your wellbeing ⦁ Exciting job opportunities within PPHE Hotel Group across Europe ⦁ Discounted hotel rates (extends to the Radisson Hotel Group worldwide and family & friends) ⦁ 50% F&B discount at our restaurants and bars (for your whole party) ⦁ Travel compensation (max €200 net pm based on full-time employment) ⦁ Recommend a friend scheme (earn up to €750 for each friend who joins us) ⦁ 8% holiday allowance (paid yearly in May) ⦁ Flexible working policy (if applicable) ⦁ Annual company parties and outings ⦁ Exclusive discounts in the employee benefit store (www.personeelsvoordeelwinkel.nl) ⦁ Discount on the collective health insurance from VGZ ⦁ Departmental incentive schemes ⦁ Great (online) Learning & Development opportunities to grow your career ⦁ An advanced onboarding program This role is paid according to Horeca CAO scale (Schaal VII), starting from € 2900.50 gross per month At PPHE Hotel Group, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all colleagues and if you are ready to bring our Lifestyle brands to life and create experiences that people don't just visit but remember, then Apply now
