WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a curious, creative and hands?'on profile with a knack for PR, influencer marketing, content and events. You have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, including internships and you're ready to grow in a fast?'paced agency environment.
YOUR MISSIONYou support your team in building and executing communication plans for a mix of clients and communities. From capturing briefings to writing press releases, from influencer follow?'up to press kits, from event coordination to campaign reporting: you help keep ideas moving and campaigns running.
WHAT'S THE JOBPR & INFLUENCER MARKETING- You help build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers and thought leaders.
- You support your team in selecting the right profiles for influencer campaigns and help brief them clearly during campaign roll?'outs.
- You write or adapt press releases, send them out and follow up with journalists under the guidance of your team.
- You keep track of editorial calendars and help spot the right timing for stories.
- You coordinate press and product kits for journalists and influencers.
- You support the organization of events, help compile qualitative guest lists and make sure the right people are in the room.
- You help capture client briefings and translate them into creative story angles, content ideas and campaign actions.
- You join brainstorms, contribute ideas and help conceptualize campaigns together with your team.
- You assist with the development of strategic communication plans.
- You collaborate closely with our internal creative, social and event teams.
- You support the day?'to?'day coordination of campaigns and projects, keeping deadlines, budgets, KPIs and goals in mind.
- You make sure project updates are shared clearly with your team and, when relevant, with the client.
- You brief internal and external experts when needed, from graphic design and copy to social media content and event production.
- You help measure campaign impact, analyse results and support reporting towards the team and client.
- You work closely with your fellow Communications Advisors and Communications Manager, learning from them while gradually taking ownership of your own projects.
- You have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (including internships) in PR, influencer marketing and/or communications.
- You are eager to learn and ready to take ownership where you can.
- You have a strong interest in media, creators and culture.
- You are organized, proactive and detail?'oriented.
- You have excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- You are service?'minded, flexible and have a "just do it" mentality.
- You like working in a team and know when to ask the right questions.
- You are curious, creative and on top of what's happening in culture, media and social.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
