- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and product related questions.
- Deliver high quality service to primarily German and Dutch speaking customers.
- Process orders and maintain accurate customer and order information.
- Create and manage invoices and other administrative documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Support customer experience initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
- Assist with additional customer service channels and projects as the business grows.
- Minimum MBO-4 working and thinking level or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or customer support role.
- German language proficiency at C2 level and Dutch language proficiency at B1 or B2 level are required
- You are located in the Dordrecht area
- Comfortable working with digital systems and customer service platforms; experience with tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focused mindset with excellent problem solving abilities.
