YOUR MISSIONTogether with your team, you’ll build and execute communication plans for a mix of clients and communities. From briefing to brainstorm, from press release to influencer follow-up, from production planning to campaign reporting: you help make ideas happen.
WHAT'S THE JOB PR & INFLUENCER MARKETING- You build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers and thought leaders.
- You understand the PR and influencer landscape and know how to select the right profiles for your clients’ campaigns. You brief creators and journalists clearly, follow up closely during the roll‑out and make sure every collaboration runs smoothly.
- You write or adapt press releases, send them out and follow up directly with journalists.
- You keep track of editorial calendars and know how to spot the right timing for a story.
- You negotiate influencer collaborations and make sure clear agreements are in place.
- You also coordinate press & product kits and compile qualitative guest lists for events.
- You capture client briefings and turn them into campaign ideas in collaboration with your Communications Manager and Communications Director.
- You help develop strategically underpinned communication plans and can execute these from briefing to reporting.
- You collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement your campaigns.
- You support the day‑to‑day coordination of campaigns and projects, keeping deadlines, KPIs, budgets and goals in mind.
- You make sure teams are aligned, clients are updated and the right experts are briefed at the right time: from design and copy to social content and event production.
- You measure campaign impact, support reporting and help identify what worked, what can improve and what we should build on next.
- You have 2 to 3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing and/or communications, preferably in an agency environment.
- You are connected and know your way around the PR, media and influencer landscape.
- You are a strong project manager: organized, proactive, detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.
- You are comfortable managing different stakeholders, from clients and journalists to creators and internal experts.
- You are service‑minded, assertive and have a client‑first mentality.
- You like working independently, but you know the best campaigns are built together.
- You are curious, creative, outgoing and on top of what’s happening in culture, media and social.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
