About the Team

The Workday Success Plans Team focuses on customer success in the post Go‑Live journey, creating programs that help customers derive business value from their Workday applications. The team delivers feature demonstrations, deployments, and consulting services to large organizations across finance, HR, and planning.

About the Role

As a member of the Success Plans team, you will work directly with customers through targeted micro‑consulting engagements. You will act as a trusted Workday advisor, aiding customers with configuration guidance, troubleshooting, and feature demonstrations while advancing their adoption of Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts.
• Deliver small‑scope consulting in response to customer requests, including configuration guidance, demonstrations, best‑practice tips, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve or optimize product configuration to meet business requirements.
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers.
• Create and deliver presentations on Workday features and business goals (e.g., Accelerator Webinars).
• Provide one‑on‑one consulting to accelerate feature adoption (e.g., Feature Accelerator, Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
• Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s); stay updated on the Workday roadmap.
• Engage with customers on industry practices and develop new programs to drive feature adoption.
• Support additional Enablement services such as Office Hours, configuration and requirements reviews, and full deployments of Workday features.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven ability building and maintaining Workday reports, analytics, and prism analytics.
• 5+ years of HCM reporting, analytics, and data warehousing experience with enterprise software.
• 3+ years of IT implementation experience and 3+ years of software consulting experience.
• Fluency in one of: French, Spanish, Italian, or German.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required; advanced degree preferred.

Additional Qualifications

• Workday Certification or ability to certify in Prism Analytics and at least one of the following: Workday HCM, Workday Financial, Workday Reporting.
• Ability to understand new Workday features quickly and distill complex concepts into customer‑friendly presentations.
• Multitasking capability to manage multiple engagements and deliverables concurrently.
• Critical thinking skills to troubleshoot technical issues and influence decision‑making.

Salary & Benefits

Base pay ranges are: €70,600 - €106,000 in the Netherlands and €54,900 - €82,300 in Spain. Additional compensation may include a bonus plan, role‑specific commission, and annual stock grants. Comprehensive benefits details are available upon request.

Work Arrangement

Workday adopts a flexible work model, allowing a mix of in‑office and remote work. Team members are expected to spend at least 50% of their time in the office or in the field each quarter, but schedules can be adjusted to balance personal and business needs.
