Director Managed Services

PwC is at the heart of society, with over 5,500 colleagues in the Netherlands. As a Director in PwC's Consulting Practice, you will play a key role in expanding existing client relationships and developing new ones. You will also help grow the team and contribute significantly to the profitable growth of the practice’s Managed Services.

As a director of Managed Services, you will lead a diverse team of problem‑solvers on each assignment. You will collaborate across Consulting competencies (People & Organization, Data Analytics, Operations & Risk) and PwC divisions (Deals, actuaries), building the Managed Services domain and jointly driving the sales process. Your focus will be on acquiring new projects, strengthening client relationships, and guiding multidisciplinary teams from strategy to execution.

• 10+ years of experience in a professional services firm or a notable industry player delivering managed services, covering design, implementation, and operations.
• Strong client‑leadership experience in the full managed‑services lifecycle, with the ability to discuss strategy and operational phases.
• Technical expertise in tech architecture, functionality, interfaces, data, infrastructure and outsourcing operations.
• Hands‑on experience in technology implementation, business‑technology alignment, and IT‑architecture improvement.
• Knowledge of data strategy, architecture, and management, and experience in operating‑model transformation.
• Proven commercial acumen in identifying and winning new business opportunities.
• Academic Master’s degree.
