Join Oxfam Novib in the fight against inequality and work together with colleagues, activists, and partner organizations in more than 90 countries towards a fairer world. The Learning, Innovation and Knowledge (LINK) unit supports, connects and collaborates with colleagues and partners to ensure impactful multi-country programs based on sound methodologies, evidence of progress towards objectives, and lessons learnt on what works for an inclusive, secure, equitable and sustainable world in an efficient and effective manner.
This internship will support the LINK Unit by sharing information between units and within the organization, reviewing reports and documents prepared by different projects and teams, identifying the main activities, results and lessons, and presenting this as project and thematic track records. The intention is to show the skills gained with the implementation of specific activities, or the experience of each team, when presenting a new project proposal.
