The RoleGrowth Director – responsible for driving growth across our Technology and Marketing service lines, leading net‑new pitch processes, developing executive‑level client relationships, and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance positioning.
What You’ll Do- Lead net‑new pitch process: build pitch timelines, write briefings, set win strategies, and contribute content for proposals and tenders.
- Craft detailed responses for pitches, including RFIs, procurement workflows, and collaborate with legal and finance teams.
- Improve business development processes: qualification strategy, win strategy, pitch casting, usability, and best practices.
- Develop executive‑level relationships to position DEPT® as a strategic partner for current and future work.
- Collaborate with marketing to bring DEPT®'s differentiated positioning to life through case studies, PR, thought leadership, and other materials.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- 10+ years of agency sales, growth, or client services experience (or equivalent).
- Experience selling services across industries and verticals, especially digital transformation and e‑commerce.
- Strong understanding of branding, creative, media, e‑commerce, and engineering.
- Ability to collaborate and lead cross‑functional teams to design solutions that address client needs.
- Partner with clients to understand growth needs and recommend value‑adding solutions.
- Track record with C‑suite executives (CTOs, CMOs, CIOs) and business decision makers.
- Self‑starter attitude thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, able to coordinate projects across multiple teams and functions.
