Senior AI Consultant - AI Trust & Governance

Location: Amstelveen, NL

• Advise clients on AI governance, Responsible AI, and compliance (e.g. EU AI Act)
• Design & implement governance frameworks and control mechanisms for AI solutions
• Define architecture guardrails for scalable, compliant AI platforms
• Embed governance into MLOps/LLM Ops/GenAI solutions
• Translate regulatory and ethical requirements into practical technical solutions
• Contribute to proposals, assessments, and client engagements
• Support the build-up of our AI Trust capability and squad

• 6-10+ years of experience in AI, data, or digital consulting
• Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, or AI risk/compliance
• Understanding of AI/ML systems, GenAI, and enterprise architectures
• Strong consulting skills and stakeholder management
• Ability to bridge business, compliance, and technical domains
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, French is a plus
• Experience with Azure / Databricks / similar platforms is a plus
• Experience in leading a team is also a plus
