OpportunityWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing events across APAC. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on event experience who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is looking to grow into a regional event management role. You will deliver high‑quality events, supporting both owned and partner events while working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities- Support end‑to‑end planning and execution of events across APAC.
- Coordinate vendors, venues, and production partners.
- Manage logistics including production, shipping, and on‑site setup.
- Prepare detailed run‑of‑show and ensure smooth on‑site delivery.
- Troubleshoot and problem‑solve during live events.
- Act as key point of contact for event organizers and partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Support speaker logistics, including scheduling, briefing and materials.
- Ensure alignment across all stakeholders leading up to events.
- Consolidate event outcomes including attendance and leads.
- Support post‑event reporting and internal recaps.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper follow‑up on leads.
- Assist in repurposing event content for marketing and communications.
- 3–5 years of experience in event management, marketing, or agency environments.
- Proven experience supporting or executing events such as conferences, brand activations or corporate events.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience in an agency or experiential marketing environment.
- Exposure to regional (APAC) events.
- Basic understanding of marketing, branding or content production.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams (PR, social, content).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Events are delivered smoothly, on time and within budget.
- Strong coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Clear and structured post‑event reporting and follow‑up.
