Machine Learning Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to design, develop, and scale GenAI‑powered applications and intelligent AI agents.

• Design, train, fine‑tune, and evaluate ML and Generative AI models.
• Develop scalable AI solutions using LLMs, NLP, CV, and agentic architectures.
• Analyze model performance, experimentation metrics, and data quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross‑functional teams to deploy production‑ready ML systems.
• Build reusable, scalable, and high‑quality ML frameworks and pipelines.

• Strong experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and/or Computer Vision.
• Hands‑on experience with large‑scale ML model development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, or similar technologies.
• MSc with 3+ years or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience in ML/AI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
