JOB PURPOSEThis embedded role works directly within the marketing team of a UK award‑winning fintech based in Canary Wharf. The focus is on shaping how marketing impact is measured—owning the attribution model, experimentation programme, and Marketing Mix Models—and turning those insights into actionable recommendations for smarter spend.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Support the strategy and hands‑on implementation of our measurement toolkit, covering marketing attribution, experimentation, and Marketing Mix Models.
- Collaborate with marketing channels, data science, and data engineering teams to identify and prioritise business needs across our measurement products.
- Mentor two marketing analysts, fostering high‑quality, outcome‑focused work.
- Help develop a roadmap for the measurement product, proposing ideas and solutions to address limitations.
- Define best‑practice processes for marketing channel optimisation using our available measurement solutions.
- Take ownership of hands‑on technical development within the attribution model, using Python, dbt, and SQL to build and iterate scalable solutions.
- Translate data and model outputs into clear insights and actionable recommendations to improve marketing channel performance and spend efficiency.
- Build expertise across our measurement framework, becoming a reliable point of knowledge for the wider team.
- Experience using BI tooling such as Tableau or similar.
- Knowledge/experience with marketing analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, etc.
- Confident SQL skills and preferably some knowledge of Python or similar analytical tooling.
- Understanding of marketing measurement concepts, including attribution and incrementality testing.
- Experience setting up and analysing A/B and incrementality tests (bonus).
