Monks’ Interactive Center of Excellence (CoE) is looking for a Senior Producer based in Canada to join our North American production team. Our team works with some of the world’s most innovative brands, with projects spanning across Web/AI, Content, Experiential, and Events. The desired candidate can operate in an integrated fashion and has experience in multiple of these areas.
Responsibilities- Partner with the world’s leading brands to pitch, plan, and produce an array of productions ranging from immersive web, AI, experiential, live events, and everything in between.
- Set up and pitch for new projects by responding to briefs and RFPs, and help craft a successful production‑smart response with department leads.
- Execute productions from pitch to delivery, owning the earlier phases with minimal production leadership support; transform rough ideas into smart production‑ready plans with clear visions for success, solid SOWs, timelines, and profitable budgets.
- Maintain project health by overseeing junior production team members and providing expert advice while in production.
- Provide production and client leadership while managing multiple projects from beginning to end.
- Manage successful day‑to‑day operations of projects and ensure continued long‑term success between Monks and our clients.
- Handle productions with budgets of $100K to $2M+.
- Communicate with:
- Clients and prospective clients about our thinking, services, value, brand reputation, ideas, and our executions.
- Producers about project goals, elements, risks, obstacles, and solutions.
- Pitch teams as the lead on all pitches, working deeply with Creative, Strategy, and Tech to develop winning and cost‑effective pitches.
- Department leads to scope, quote, problem‑solve, and develop solutions that meet creative and client needs.
- Vendors to help find the best fit for the project, negotiate scope, and kick‑off projects.
- This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of an office location, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week, in accordance with the company’s then‑current RTO policy.
We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates experience, leadership, and a passion for delivering high‑impact production work.
The essentials- 7–10 years of experience in a production role.
- Proven experience producing and leading a variety of productions ranging from immersive web and digital, experiential, live events, and more.
- Strong client‑facing skills to sell solutions while maintaining healthy relationships.
- A natural problem solver who can draft and execute a plan, even with limited information.
- An execution‑orientated mindset and comfort working in the trenches while simultaneously inspiring and leading others.

CompensationSalary Range: $90,000 – $125,000 CAD.
