About the RoleAs a UX DesignerII, you play a key role in shaping intuitive, high‑quality user experiences within LeapSpace. You bring strong interaction and interface design skills, with a clear eye for visual quality and detail. You’re comfortable moving quickly from concept to execution, working closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver meaningful solutions. You also collaborate closely with other designers across squads to ensure a consistent and cohesive experience across the product.The design team is a close, collaborative group where open and respectful communication is key. Designers actively share work, give and receive feedback, and support each other in improving outcomes. You thrive in a fast, experimental environment and enjoy “vibe coding” to quickly visualise ideas, prototyping, and refining them in close collaboration with engineers. You’re curious, ask thoughtful questions, and focus on achieving the best outcomes together with your team.
Responsibilities- Translate user needs and research insights into effective design solutions.
- Design intuitive, trustworthy AI‑driven experiences.
- Create high‑quality flows, journeys and UI designs with strong visual craft.
- Balance speed, experimentation and interface quality in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborate across teams while constructively challenging ideas and communicating clearly.
- Contribute to scalable design systems and cross‑team reuse.
- Proactively identify gaps and improve experiences beyond immediate ownership.
- Use research, data and testing to validate and improve designs.
- Solid experience in UX and interaction design.
- Strong visual/UI design skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and asking the right questions.
- Open to feedback and focused on team outcomes.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
