This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team based in Copenhagen. We combine technical solution development with design to deliver digital experiences for clients like Bolia, Nilfisk, Danish Cancer Society, and Lufthansa Group.
Job PurposeSupport discovery, manage projects, and turn insights into actionable design solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
Responsibilities- Support projects in early discovery phases by conducting UX research (stakeholder interviews, usability tests, analytics reviews, workshops).
- Own projects, set strategy, and drive the process in collaboration with the client from start to finish.
- Translate insights into recommendations, produce wireframes, and collaborate with Digital Designers and Frontend Developers to bring ideas to life.
- Experienced UX Designer with proficiency in wireframing, usability testing, and prototyping.
- Project management skills, able to drive and manage projects.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills, able to lead client workshops.
- Expertise in wireframing tools such as Figma, and in creating storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Proficient in Danish and English.
