Together with a team of 10 logistics colleagues, you ensure the smooth delivery of supplies and payment terminals. You also oversee the processing of returns from our field service teams and Partners. Your team is embedded in an international supply chain organisation. What is your role as Team Lead Logistics?You are responsible for managing all operational and personnel related activities, including the daily coordination of work together with the department’s senior staff. You coach your team members and provide constructive, motivating feedback. You conduct development conversations, guide your team in executing annual plans, and ensure qualitative and quantitative staffing levels. Managing absence cases is also part of your role.
You monitor processes, identify bottlenecks, and discuss improvements and solutions with the Manager Logistics & Repair. You are responsible for inventory management and ensure accurate material planning and stock levels together with the Logistics Coordinator.
And there’s more. As Team Lead, you operate at a tactical level and work with your manager to define annual plans and budgets. As a true people manager, you create an efficient team structure and streamline processes. You manage performance based on KPIs, propose improvements, and implement them where possible.
You are a strong leader and coach with excellent communication and organizational skills. Your strength lies in developing people. You show genuine interest in your team and encourage them to bring out their best. You are a team player—collegial, resilient, and solution‑oriented.
