Exciting Opportunity: International Trader in LATAM Luxury Goods and Beauty at Capax Group. Join our dynamic team as we expand our global reach.

About us: Capax Group, headquartered in Amsterdam, is a fast‑growing partner for premium luxury, beauty and hair care brands, focusing on international business.

You will spearhead Latin American market expansion, collaborating with colleagues and monitoring international market trends. You will work with top brands such as L'Oreal, Kerastase, Wella, Gucci, Armani, Dior and over 100 other global brands. Responsibilities include:

• Building and strengthening relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Traveling regularly to meet suppliers and customers and representing the company at international business fairs.
• Analyzing market trends to inform purchasing and sales strategies.
• Supporting sales and purchasing processes within the luxury goods and beauty division.

• Minimum HBO education level.
• At least 2 years of experience in a commercial and international role, preferably in FMCG trade.
• Strong commercial acumen, likability, reliability, and discretion.
• Analytical skills and passion for negotiation.
• Ability to work across different time zones and thrive under targets.
• Proficiency in one or more Spanish languages.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
