As our Project Engineer Operations, you play a key role in delivering fully fit‑for‑purpose TCP solutions for demanding offshore applications. Combining your engineering expertise with strong coordination skills, you ensure that all project activities run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.

You apply your knowledge of offshore, subsea, or installation engineering to make smart decisions that balance technical performance, project risks, and cost efficiency.
Working closely with the Project Manager, you contribute to both commercial and development projects, helping transform innovative concepts into reliable, high‑performance solutions delivered to our customers worldwide.
In this role, you will:- Coordinate all project activities across internal departments, including Production, Procurement, Pipe Completion, Testing, and Composite Engineering, to ensure timely and on‑budget delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Work closely with the assigned Project Manager to drive project execution, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with Quality and HSE standards.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ancillary components required for TCP systems, including end fittings, weight modules, bend stiffeners, and restrictors.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance to support project schedules and technical requirements.
- Provide offshore support as required, including site visits and supporting first installation and deployment activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Offshore or Subsea engineering, or equivalent degree in sciences.
- At least 2‑5 years proven track‑record of working in the offshore energy industry as a project engineer or equivalent, preferably with flexible pipes, ancillary manufacturers and/or pipeline installation contractors.
- Experience in offshore engineering, methods of installation / operation and related ancillary equipment such as bend restrictors, bend stiffeners, buoyancy and weight modules and installation aids.
- Good command of the English language (written & spoken) is essential. Additional European language such as French, Portuguese or Dutch is advantageous.
- Willing to work offshore when required.
- Salary between €3500,- and €5000,- based on your experience and qualifications.
