MEP / OFE Senior Project Manager

In this role you will:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP systems
• Good knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including load calculations, ductwork design, and energy efficiency
• Understanding of power distribution, lighting design, fire alarm systems, and emergency power (generators/UPS)
• Coordinate with architects and structural engineers to ensure systems fit within the architectural aesthetic and structural constraint
• Manage Contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and mitigate project risks.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure MEP systems and all containment/integration elements are installed and commissioned to design specifications.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate activities with other construction disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and construction standards.
• Develop and maintain strong client and contractor relationships.
• Use of cloud-based project management tools (like Procore or BIM 360) for real-time site updates.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in construction management, focusing on MEP
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems
• Flexibility to move between design desk work and "boots on the ground" inspections
• Proven experience on data centre or pharmaceutical plant projects is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.-
• Familiarity with construction contracts such as FIDIC, NEC, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.
• PMP certification desired.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
